Amazon FBA label generator for FNSKU sheets

Paste a shipment list, encode each FNSKU as Code 128, and print 30-up Letter sheets that match the Avery 5160 grid Amazon sellers already stock. LabelStack does not upload your catalog — FBA inbound SKUs stay on this device.

  • FNSKU encoded as Code 128, the format Amazon fulfillment centers scan on inbound.
  • 30-up 1″ × 2.625″ grid (Avery 5160 compatible) and a 2″ × 3″ 10-up option.
  • Product title, SKU, and condition as extra fields so a picker can read the sticker without a scanner.
  • Bulk CSV with row-level errors before you print a hundred units of the wrong code.

Columns: value (required), symbology, name, sku, price, custom. Header row optional. Parsing stays on this device.

Sheet & fields

1" × 2.625", 3 × 10 on US Letter. Address / FBA 30-up.

Show on each label

If a whole sheet is shifted on your printer, nudge offset instead of stretching the PDF. Print at 100% scale, never “fit to page.”

Export

No watermark, no page cap. ZIP files use the current sticker size and include every field you turned on (name, SKU, price, custom) — not just the bars.

Add at least one valid barcode to export.

Paper & printer

This export is a Letter/A4 sheet. Have paper (and a laser) ready before you hit print.

FNSKU, ASIN, and UPC are not interchangeable

An ASIN identifies a catalog listing. A UPC or EAN is a GS1 retail GTIN you licensed for the product. An FNSKU is Amazon’s fulfillment-network SKU — typically an X-prefixed Code 128 that ties a physical unit to your seller account and condition. Mixing them on an inbound shipment is a common source of stranded inventory. This generator defaults to FNSKU encoding. If a row is a UPC or EAN, set the symbology column so check digits are validated instead of being forced through Code 128.

What Amazon actually wants on the sticker

FBA product labels must be scannable, must not cover the manufacturer barcode unless you are overlaying it on purpose, and should carry the FNSKU plus a human-readable title. Many US sellers print on 1″ × 2⅝″ address labels (Avery 5160 / 8160 / 18160) because the sheet is cheap and the barcode still fits. Larger 2″ × 3″ labels give more quiet zone around the bars — useful for poly bags and dark packaging. Print the PDF at 100% scale on actual Letter paper; “fit to page” shrinks the grid off the stickers.

Why FBA sellers should not upload shipment CSVs to random generators

An FBA shipment CSV is a map of what you sell, in what condition, at what volume. Hosted barcode sites receive that file on a server you do not control. LabelStack parses the file with PapaParse in the page, renders SVG barcodes with a browser encoder, and builds the PDF with jsPDF in memory. There is no account and no API that accepts your rows. Use the network inspector if you want to verify: export does not POST your FNSKUs.

When a printer jams at label 47, you reprint the same local file. There is nothing to re-download from a website you do not trust. Keep the working CSV next to the shipment ID. For overlay vs adjacent placement, poly bags, and 30-up vs 2×3, the Amazon FBA FNSKU guide is the longer version of this page.

A reprint checklist for this page

Confirm every value column is an FNSKU, not an ASIN and not a UPC. Print one Letter page at 100% scale on the stock you will use. Scan top-left, center, and bottom-right. Read the decoded string against the spreadsheet. If Amazon required a cover of the manufacturer barcode, check that the sticker actually hides it. Then run the rest of the job on the same driver settings.

Questions

FAQ

Does this replace Amazon’s own FBA label download?

No. If Seller Central already generated labels for a shipment, use those when Amazon requires them. This tool is for sellers who need extra copies, mixed-SKU sheets, reprints after a printer jam, or labels from their own inventory CSV — especially when Amazon’s download is a raster PDF you cannot restack.

What size should I pick for poly bags vs boxes?

Poly bags and small units usually fit Avery 5160 (1″ × 2.625″, 30 per sheet). Cartons and larger items are easier to scan on the Amazon FBA 2×3 in preset (10 per sheet) or Avery 5163 (2″ × 4″). The template dropdown is pre-set to FBA 30-up on this page; switch if your stock is the 2×3 sheet.

Is my inventory/SKU data uploaded anywhere?

No. LabelStack runs entirely in your browser. CSV files, product names, SKUs, FNSKUs, and generated barcodes are parsed, validated, and rendered on your device. Nothing is posted to a server — there is no account and no backend that could store your catalog. You can confirm this in the network panel: generating and exporting never sends your rows anywhere. That is the point of the tool. Sellers who currently paste inventory into hosted generators are handing over supplier lists and Amazon FNSKUs; this site is built so we never see them.

What label sheet sizes are supported?

Presets include Avery 5160 (1" × 2.625", 30-up), Avery 5163 (2" × 4", 10-up), Avery 5167 (0.5" × 1.75", 80-up), plus 5161, 5162, 5164, 8160, Amazon FBA 30-up and 2×3 in, and A4 sizes L7160, L7163, and L7651. Each preset uses the published page size, label size, margins, and gutters so a desktop laser or inkjet lands on the actual sticker grid. If you use a house brand or a European size that is not listed, choose Custom size and enter width, height, columns, rows, and margins in inches. Letter vs A4 is a different page box — read the paper-size guide before printing a US PDF on A4 stock.

Is there a limit on how many barcodes I can generate?

No. There is no row cap, no page cap, and no watermark on PDF or ZIP exports. The only limit is your browser’s memory. Thousands of rows are parsed in chunks so the tab stays responsive; the sheet preview shows one page at a time while export walks the full set. If you generate tens of thousands of labels, leave the tab open until the PDF or ZIP finishes — it still never leaves your machine.

Why is this free?

LabelStack is a client-side tool with no servers to rent for your data. Optional advertisements on the page (never on the PDF, never over the download button) are how the lights stay on once the publisher network accepts the site. There is no paid tier because the product is the browser app: generate, layout, export. If ads are blocked, the generator still works. We also publish original guides because a tool without the print-alignment and symbology context is how people reprint a hundred bad stickers.
