What to write about
- A correction to a guide (include the URL slug and what should change).
- A preset that does not match a wrapper you measured (include the four dimensions).
- A failed check-digit edge case with a made-up example number, not a live catalog.
- Press or citation requests for LabelStack.app.
- Accessibility or browser bugs in the generator.
We aim to answer within a few business days. There is no ticket system and no chatbot. If the question is already answered in guides, how to use, or the FAQ, we may reply with that link.
What not to send
Do not attach inventory CSVs, FNSKU lists, packaging artwork, or Seller Central exports unless we asked for a specific, non-secret example. We do not want your catalog in email any more than we want it on a server. Do not write “please generate these 4,000 FNSKUs for me.” The generator is the product; it already runs in your browser and never needs our hands on the file.
What we are not
We are not Amazon Seller Support, Avery customer service, GS1, a UPC reseller, or a postage printer. Affiliation disclaimers live in the footer and on the about page. For licensed GTINs, talk to GS1. For FBA policy, talk to Seller Central. For a warped pack of 5160, talk to the office-supply shop.
